✦ Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service as we are unable to fill that reserved time. This fee will be required as a deposit before a future reservation is scheduled.

Same-Day Cancellations & No Show
In the event of a missed service, full payment will be required prior to reserving your next appointment. To secure future bookings, a 50% deposit will also be required moving forward.
Late Policy
We diligently work to stay on time. If you are running a few minutes late, please contact your stylist immediately. Arriving late may necessitate shortening your service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time will require rescheduling and will be responsible for the full cost of the missed service.

Hair Extensions
A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your installation appointment. Please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.
Children
We strive to create a relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind and recharge. To ensure this enjoyable experience for every guest, children are not permitted to accompany you during your appointment.
New Guest Deposits
For your convenience and peace of mind, our new booking system, Aura Salon Software uses industry-standard encryption to securely store your credit card information. You can safely reserve appointments and protect your privacy with bank-level security. This makes online booking simple and reliable ensuring a smooth process when reserving all future appointments.

New Gray Refresh, Express Gray, Highlight, Color, & Brazilian Blowout Deposit
Gray refresh & express gray require a $75 deposit to secure the reservation. This amount will be applied toward your total on the day of your appointment. When booking online, our team may call or text you prior to your appointment to confirm details such as hair length, thickness, and any inspiration photos you would like to share. This helps us ensure adequate time is scheduled and that we are fully prepared for your service.
For corrective color services, we highly recommend an in-person consultation prior to scheduling. During this appointment, we may perform a strand test to determine how your hair will respond to the requested color. We may also suggest take-home products to ensure your hair is prepared for the best possible results.
Extension Guest Deposit
To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required, with the balance due on the day of your install. This deposit will be applied to your balance on the day of your installation.
A personalized consultation must be completed prior to scheduling your extension installation. A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your install appointment.
