Salon Policies
The following Salon Policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience with us.
- As a courtesy, we send email and text reminders prior to your upcoming service. A $50 fee will be incurred if 24 hours cancellation notice is not given and 100% fee for no-show appointments.
- We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding that arriving late to your appointment may necessitate shortening or rescheduling your service.
- Gratuities are not included in the prices of salon services - the industry standard is 15-20% of your total service fee. Gratuities are accepted by cash or check.
